• Development of Sequence control module and control logics for various sub process plants for extract the feed gas from offshore thru various process like Slug catcher, Condensate stabilization, Acid Gas removal, Sulphur recovery units, SCOT gas treating unit, Dehydration & Mercaptan (DMR) unit, NGL extraction & Fractional unit, LPG treating unit and utilities common to all other units.
• Intercommunity data exchange configurations (Serial as well as hardwired depending on the redundancy and critical level requirement).
• Peer to Peer Control Data Interface configurations between DCS, IPS, FGS & other 3rd party systems.
• Systems used R310.3/C300 with associated I/O modules, ACM, Safety Manager with QUAD redundancy processor.
