Responsibilities:
The company is in the manufacturing of Auto-parts such as ring gears blanks and any kind of profile forging. As a technical executive, I was responsible for all the technical decision concerned with Production planning, Forging of auto components by Ring rolling (up-to 300 mm OD) and Hammer forging (profile jobs), Heat Treatment (Normalizing, Annealing and Stress relieving), rough turning on manual lathe machines and CNC Turning Machines, stock maintenance, etc., drawing of the components on 2D/3D CAD softwares.
