Project Manager
Ensure that QCD commitments exist for all work packages
• Allocate all contractual obligations to Work Packages
• Confirm that QCD commitments will support the successful execution of the contract
Manage convergence of all work packages as an integrated whole to meet QCD commitments
• Ensure that all work packages are reviewed on a regular basis with the relevant Work Package Owner to identify and resolve issues
• Manage all project reviews using the Work Package reports as a basis

The Sawalkot Hydroelectric Project, Jammu & Kashmir State, India
The Sawalkot Hydroelectric Project with installed capacity 6x200 MW is located on the Chenab River in the district of Doda and Udhampur of Jammu and Kashmir State in India. The project is a Run of River Project. The type of dam is Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) with a maximum height of 197 m above in the river bed. The dam has a spillway with 7 radial gates and installed 6 turbines (max. output 204 MW). The total price for EPC delivery of the project is approximately is EURO 1,111,987,087. The Contract is based on standard FIDIC conditions for Plant and Design Built (First Edition,1999).
