- Worked on a team of six to improve and redesign the Laryngeal Mask Airway device.
- Conceptualized and modeled an alternative design, gave regular presentations and wrote technical papers detailing the team’s progress through the design process.
Bioengineering Laboratory Jan - May 2012
- Used calipers and a drill press to measure bone diameters and drill appropriately sized holes through the bones, simulating the effects of bone screws.
- Used bending test equipment and LabView Data Acquisition techniques to collect data from the experiments, analyzed it using Minitab statistical software.
Introduction to Engineering Design Sept. - Dec. 2011
- Used NX 7.5 to design and draw the external housing case.
