Brought onto program during qualification phase to run recovery schedule. Program recovered back to plan and delivered milestones on track leading to program closeout.
• Program Manager. Served as program manager for Flight Recorder program, managing all customer interactions, production, and program budget in addition to continued project engineering responsibilities.
• Project Engineer. Project engineer leading multiple engineering programs, managing a team of 4-8 engineers. Responsibilities covered 5 concurrent programs, developing Flight Recorder systems for military aviation applications. Program budget up to $4MM (total value $8MM). Responsible for engineering budget, milestone delivery to schedule, and team performance. Served as technical interface to the customer.
