● Manage overall timing of assigned launch programs. (GM, Chrysler, and Hyundai-Kia)
● Serve as the initial contact to establish launch strategy and timeline of launch programs.
● Develop initial program timeline focused on customer milestones, tooling dates, trial builds, PPAP/ISIR, and SOP.
● Schedule and hold periodic meetings of cross-functional launch teams to stay apprised of status.
