• Prepare project documentation including drawings, specifications and work instruction as required.
• Follow applicable codes and standards (CSA, IEC, NEC, ANSI, NEMA, NFPA)
• Review and update existing drawings and other documentations.
• Prepare production schedule and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Interpret company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Interpret specification and job orders to workers, and assign duties.
• Establish and adjust work procedure to meet production schedule.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Analyze and resolve work problems, assist workers in solving work problems.
• Initiate and suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
